I think you can try this:
1) Log into the web GUI
2) Select "System Administration"
3) Select "Config Edit"
4) Click "extensions_additional.conf"
5) Under "[globals]" change "RINGTIMER=xxxx" to suit the time you want it to ring
I reloaded the asterisk with reload command and even rebooted the asterisk server. but still not success.
